Drove down to LA (300 miles) to pick up my new Bacchetta Pronto Alto today (e-assist recumbent). Dana and company were aboslutely great to work with. Bike was customized to just how I wanted it. I've been riding a Bacchetta for over 10 years, but they spent all the time necessary for fit and adjustments and test ride for my new bike. Couldn't be happier!

I must say, This review is written for the wonderful experience I had from the Recumbent Store and with Dana, the President. The Recumbent Trike/Bike shop worked closely with me on my Trike order, staying updated on my order’s status and any changes to be made. Dana was very positive and interactive with me. I enjoyed working with Bent Up Cycles and my Trike order, as I had a piece of mind that the bike shop was taking care of everything. The first day with your ordered Recumbent is spend hands on learning and trying out. A great Recumbent Bike/Trike Shop and experience.

Dana and Ramiro not only fixed and reconditioned my 2006 HP Velotechnik Scorpion trike, but did everything to squeeze it in less than three hours. Since i had to rent a U Haul van and drive it from Ventura, they saved me a second trip and about $200.
Now my trike shifts smoothly and will last a long time. They are the best in every respect. Thank you for their service and care.
