I must say, This review is written for the wonderful experience I had from the Recumbent Store and with Dana, the President. The Recumbent Trike/Bike shop worked closely with me on my Trike order, staying updated on my order’s status and any changes to be made. Dana was very positive and interactive with me. I enjoyed working with Bent Up Cycles and my Trike order, as I had a piece of mind that the bike shop was taking care of everything. The first day with your ordered Recumbent is spend hands on learning and trying out. A great Recumbent Bike/Trike Shop and experience.

Dana and Ramiro not only fixed and reconditioned my 2006 HP Velotechnik Scorpion trike, but did everything to squeeze it in less than three hours. Since i had to rent a U Haul van and drive it from Ventura, they saved me a second trip and about $200.
Now my trike shifts smoothly and will last a long time. They are the best in every respect. Thank you for their service and care.

Dana Liberman of Bent Up Cycles gave me Five Star service on upgrading my Bacchetta E-Bike drivetrain to a Rohloff 14s Internal Hub.
He also replace my defective E-Bike battery at no charge.
Bent Up Cycle gives the best recumbent bike service in the USA.

Had multiple options shown, and tested with an in depth explanation provided for the different options for the bikes. They quickly worked to change the needed accommodations for me to be able to ride with my disability from bike to bike.
They aptly asked questions and had knowledge about how my disability could affect my ability to pedal to be able to quickly choose an appropriate solution to accommodate my disability.
